Membership Policies & FAQ
Billing — Memberships auto-bill on a 4-week term unless otherwise stated. If a membership has been pre-paid such as 2 or 3-month upfront membership, the membership will auto-bill on a 4-week term following the pre-paid period.
Pauses — We allow membership pauses of a minimum of 1 week, and up to 2 months. To be eligible for an account pause, the membership billing cycle must be on auto-bill. Pauses also stipulate that the billing cycle continues once the pause has finished. If you have requested a pause and then request a cancel within the same billing cycle, the pause will no longer be applicable to the account.
Cancelling — To cancel your membership please notify us 1 week before the renewal date of your auto-billing cycle. Cancels requested during the last week before your billing cycle will be applied to the next month’s billing.
