Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Typically 2-3 business days, but we try and get your orders out ASAP! If you’re in Toronto, you can opt to pick your order up in-studio. Shipping then takes on average 3-5 business days across Canada.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We’re happy to ship anywhere worldwide, price of shipping will be variable and available at checkout. Shipping to the US will take 3-5 business days. Internation shipping may take up to 21 business days.

What is your return policy? 

All orders and purchases made at the Health Cafe or through the website are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds. Should you have a quality issue with a product purchase please reach out. Should you purchase a membership but are no longer able to keep the commitment, we are happy to offer class credits for the amount. By making a purchase you agree to and acknolede this and do not hold the Health Cafe responsible for any purchases unable to be fulfilled by you, the client.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

Yes, only for our 2-week intro. If try out our classes and the community by attending the full two weeks, a minimum of 4 classes per week and don’t love what you’ve tried, we offer a money-back. But we’re confident that you’ll not only get a good sweat in but you just might meet you new best friend in the community!
