Into The Dark: combatting seasonal depession
Join us for our October monthly event at our Toronto studio located at Queen/Spadina!
We’ll be chatting with a registered therapist about seasonal depression, why we may feel more sad and sleepy and practical ways to combat it! After we’ll have a 50-minute pilates burn led by Emily (@wellneswithem)!
Come hang with the community, enjoy snacks and learn more about how you can enjoy the colder months and still be productive and happy!
Charmed Conversations
We are super excited to announce our next community event on August 24 from 4-7pm is a jewellery workshop in collaboration with Chloe from @twiggytrinkets !
We’ll be making charm bracelets and necklaces which you will be able to take home! There will be light refreshments and conversation cards to help create fruitful conversations so bring a friend or come alone. We can’t wait to see you there!
The First Movie Night

Pilates & Smoothies
You asked, we answered. Start your weekend off in the perfect way, join us for a 8am pilates class followed by a walk to a local smoothie cafe to grab smoothies post-workout with the community!
Come to the pilates class before the walk or join us at 174 Spadina Ave for the walk at 9:15am where we will be meeting. The walk will be about 30 minutes and finish at Village Juicery on College St where we'll grab smoothies together after!

Cycle Syncing & Hormone Health
It’s that time of month — literally! Our April event features a panel on cycle syncing and hormone health with an emphasis on post-birth control use at our studio located at Queen/Spadina! Come hang with the community, learn more about your cycle and enjoy post event snacks with out in-house health coachess Zoe Pingitore (@zoepingitorehealth) & Cyrstal Luga (@eternally)! Then we’ll all take part in a pilates class led by Zoe, all levels friendly, but be ready for a bit of spice!

You’re invited! We’re hosting our first smoothie walk and can’t wait to see you there! Join us after our 9am pilates class for a good time with good people & what's better than that?
