6-Week Wellness Series: Easing Stress & Anxiety
Starting on October 28th unitl December 2nd, join us every Monday evening from 7:30-9:00pm for our wellness series on easing stress and anxiety this fall, led by our in-house instructor and aryuvedic practitioner Mel!
This series is perfect for all women dealing with excessive stress and anxiety during seasonal transitions, all levels friendly.
This in-person series is designed to help women find calm, balance, and relief during the transition to the cooler months when stress and anxiety tends to increase. Each session will combine a therapeutic yoga class and a mini workshop with one actionable takeaway that can be immediately applied to daily life. Participants will also have access to a group chat for support and weekly email recaps.
Single drop-in sessions per week are available if you aren't able to attend the full series.
