You asked, we answered. Start your weekend off in the perfect way, join us for a 8am pilates class followed by a walk to a local smoothie cafe to grab smoothies post-workout with the community!
Come to the pilates class before the walk or join us at 174 Spadina Ave for the walk at 9:15am where we will be meeting. The walk will be about 30 minutes and finish at Village Juicery on College St where we'll grab smoothies together after!
