Health Cafe Run Club

We are excited to announce that the Health Cafe will now be hosting a weekly run club! Starting Friday, May 24th at 7am and continuing for every Friday after, same time, same place! We’ll be starting and finishing at our studio at 174 Spadina, grabbing coffee as a community afterwards at Dark Horse Espresso bar.

This first run will be hosted by Lauren Mantha, founder of A Running List!

Can’t wait to see you there! We’ll be running at a 6:50-7:00 pace for roughly 5km.
